Ordering
When you place an order we email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you starts when we send that email. If we can’t accept your order (for example if an item is no longer available), we will tell you and refund any payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price; there is nothing extra to pay except any delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout.
Personalised items
Personalised items are made to your instructions. We stitch your wording exactly as you type it, including spelling and capital letters, so please check it carefully before ordering. Colours on screen may look slightly different from thread and fabric colours. Lettering and layout may differ slightly from the on-screen preview.
If you send us a logo or design to embroider, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Delivery
Items are made to order and usually dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery is free. Delivery outside the UK is free on orders over £80; for other orders the delivery price is shown at checkout. Orders delivered outside the UK may have to pay import charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility. See Delivery.
Your right to cancel
For items that are not personalised, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 15 days. Items must be returned unused.
Personalised items are made to your specification, so the right to cancel does not apply to them, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See Returns.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
