How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Most orders are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days, and we email you when your order is on its way (with a tracking link if you chose tracked delivery). See Delivery.
Is delivery free?
UK orders over £20 get free tracked delivery; under £20, standard delivery is £2.50 or tracked £3.99. Delivery to Europe and worldwide is free on orders over £80, and to the USA on orders over £120. See Delivery for all prices.
How do I personalise my item?
On the product page, choose your colours and size, then type the name or wording exactly as you want it stitched. We stitch exactly what you type, including capital letters, so please check the spelling.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items can’t be returned unless they are faulty or we made a mistake. Items that are not personalised can be returned unused within 15 days. See Returns.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For the USA, import duties and taxes are already included in the delivery price (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. Buyers in other countries outside the UK may have to pay import charges in their own country.
Can you make something that isn’t in the shop?
Often, yes. Contact us with your idea and we’ll let you know.
How can I track my order?
If you chose tracked delivery, your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also contact us with your order number.
