How long it takes
Everything is made to order in our workshop in Scotland. Most orders are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. You get an email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking link if you chose tracked delivery.
UK delivery
- Orders under £20: standard delivery £2.50, or tracked delivery £3.99, by Royal Mail.
- Orders over £20: free tracked delivery.
You choose standard or tracked when you pay.
Delivery outside the UK
We deliver to Europe and worldwide.
Europe
- Standard delivery: £7.99, and free on orders over £80.
- Tracked delivery: £9.99.
Rest of the world
- Standard delivery: £7.99.
- Tracked delivery: £9.99, and free tracked delivery on orders over £80.
USA
- Standard delivery: £9.99.
- Tracked delivery: £14.99, and free tracked delivery on orders over £120.
- US import duties and taxes are included in the delivery price (DDP, “delivered duty paid”), so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
You choose standard or tracked when you pay, and the price is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Orders delivered outside the UK and the USA may have to pay import duty, taxes or handling charges in the destination country. These are set by your country’s customs, are paid by the buyer, and are not included in our prices.
Christmas
We close for the week before and the week after Christmas. The last day to order for Christmas delivery is 17 December, and we reopen on 2 January.
